Over 1600 sleeping rooms are available to TSA on a first come, first served basis. To secure the TSA sleeping room rate reservations must be made prior to Monday, May 30, 2012. 900 of these 1600 sleeping rooms have two queen beds.

The rate for a standard room is $179 plus 9.25% sales tax, 6% occupancy tax, $2.50 city tax and $10 resort fee that is subject to the 9.25% sales tax for a total fee of $219.73/night*.

*If guests are tax exempt and are paying with a form of payment from that tax exempt organization (school, school district, educational organization), they are not responsible for the 9.25% sales tax, so their rate would be $202.24/night. Guests must provide (either in advance or at check-in time) the hotel a Tennessee tax exemption form or a 501c3 tax exemption certificate.   Please visit the Tennessee Department of Revenue Sales and Use Tax website for information on qualifying for tax exemption and to obtain tax exemption status.

The required $10 daily resort fee rate for a traditional room includes a refrigerator, one corded dual-line telephone with speakerphone, bedside alarm clock equipped with an iPod dock with mp3 auxiliary jack, wired high-speed Internet access, wireless high-speed Internet access, remote control television with satellite service, personal coffee maker, with complimentary coffee and tea, bottled water, full-size iron and ironing board, guest voicemail service, hair dryer and in-room pay-per-view movies, music service and pay-per-play game system.

*Your credit card will be charged a non-refundable first night deposit for any national TSA conference hotel sleeping rooms that you reserve, but do not need or use, if those rooms are not released by May 10th.  After May 10th all sleeping room reservations will be charged a non-refundable first night deposit.  The purpose of this policy is to prevent sleeping rooms being reserved and then released too late for any other TSA conference participants to use.  Your credit card is not charged prior to May 10th for any reservation.

A $100.00 per person fee will be assessed by TSA, Inc. on conference registration day from any conference attendee who does not stay at the Gaylord Opryland. Those attending the conference are required to stay at the Gaylord Opryland on 6/21, 6/22, 6/23 and 6/24. This policy is not implemented once the hotel sleeping room block has been sold out and has been authorized by National TSA. Those living within a twenty-five mile radius of Nashville, Tennessee are exempt from this policy.

Check in is at 3:00pm and 11:00am is checkout.
