2010 Conference Hotel Accommodations

ACCOMODATIONS

TSA requires that only the actual number of rooms needed be reserved by each state and/or chapter advisor. Once a room is reserved it is then taken “off the block” of available sleeping rooms, therefore denying rooms that would otherwise be available to other TSA members who need to reserve them. In all fairness, state and chapter advisors are asked to reserve only the number of rooms that they actually will use. Reserving rooms that will not necessarily be used preempts another group of TSA members from being able to reserve those rooms. Please refrain from reserving rooms “just in case they might be needed.” TSA appreciates your cooperation, so that all TSA members who need rooms can be accommodated. 
 

A $100.00 per person fee will be assessed by TSA, Inc. on conference registration day from any conference attendee who does not stay at the Days Inn Inner Harbor, Holiday Inn Inner Harbor, Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor or the Hilton Baltimore Hotel.   Those attending the conference are required to stay at the Days Inn Inner Harbor, Holiday Inn Inner Harbor, Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor or the Hilton Baltimore Hotel of 6/28, 6/29, 6/30 and 7/1. This policy is not implemented once the hotel sleeping room block has been sold out.

THOSE LIVING WITHIN A TWENTY-FIVE MILE RADIUS OF BALTIMORE, MARYLAND ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS POLICY.  THIS POLICY IS NOT IMPLEMENTED ONCE THE HOTEL SLEEPING ROOM BLOCK HAS BEEN SOLD OUT.  TSA HAS A TOTAL ROOM BLOCK IN BALTIMORE OF 1,400.

King sleeping rooms available with an option for one (1) rollaway bed per room (not per night) for a one time charge of $15.00 per rollaway.

The Baltimore Inner Harbor is a less than five minute walk from all of the conference hotels. The Inner Harbor and surrounding downtown area offer many shops, sight-seeing venues, museums and restaurants.  Inner Harbor restaurants
 
All four conference hotels offer in-room dining service.  Guests are prohibited from using any and all small applicances (including microwave ovens) to prepare food in the guest rooms.  Guests are prohibited from bringing any food items into public areas or meeting rooms at any hotel property.  This includes packaged food, snacks and candy as well as any prepared food purchased from a restaurant or vendor outside the hotel.
